Frigate® resistors R15 and R31 are warm

Postby paulc » 06 Aug 2013, 10:43

Good day,

I assembled Frigate and I am testing it right now. I observed that anode resistors R15 and R31 are warming up during operation of the amplifier. Is this normal?

Thank you in advance.

Paul,

It is normal. These resistors have a substantial current (55mA) flowing through them. They should be quate warm but not hot.
