ACOM 2000SW Remote Antenna Switch is a very ruggedly built 10 antennas to 1 coax switch for outdoor use. This switch is useable up to 60 MHz, and up to 5,000 W (at a SWR below 3 to 1). Hot switching protection is provided.
This switch uses a 4 bit BCD selector signal and incorporate a feedback signal to the controller ACOM 2000S. Water intrusion protection is at the IP53 level. ACOM 2000SW will tolerate a very wide ambient temperature range and operate with supply voltages between 24 VDC to 31 VDC. Unused antenna ports are automatically grounded for surge suppression.
Connection to the ACOM 2000S controller unit requires a minimum of a 7-conductor shielded control cable. AWG-24 (CAT-5) is good for about 125 metres. Longer distances will require a larger wire gauge. The required terminating connectors are included with the product. The ACOM 2000S controller unit is powered with either 120 VAC or 240 VAC and is determined by the operator. No other power supply is required.
ACOM 2000SW Remote Antenna Switch comes with a 3 metre length of 7-conductor control cable and 1 connector cable for connecting the ACOM 2000S controller to the ACOM 2000A automatic amplifier.
