Processing & Shipping times

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days after they are purchased. With the FedEx 3day, 2nd day and Next day shipping option, orders placed by 11am ET during weekdays usually ship same day (We do not have Saturday service for FedEx as an option). When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or two with any tracking information available - you can check order status by logging into your account.

Keep in mind that the FedEx service guarantee are suspended if a delay is caused by bad weather or other natural disasters. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late due to snowfall or rainfall or other natural disasters anywhere along your package's route.

Shipping Options

Augustica Technologies Inc. uses two carriers, Canada Post and FedEx for shipping. Canada Post is traditionally cheaper and, depending on a shipping option selected, may or may not provide detailed tracking. FedEx is sometimes faster and a little more expensive, but has a high-quality tracking system. (Tracking information is emailed when your package is shipped). Both Canada Post and FedEx are very reliable and dependable carriers. We do not offer Saturday delivery as an option for FedEx at this time. When in doubt about choosing a shipping method, we suggest Canada Post for the customers located in Canada and the USA and FedEx for the customers located outside North America.

There are three types of Canada Post services available for you when you purchase your products from Augustica Technologies. These three services are available for Canadian customers, USA customers, and International customers. All three services provide a tracking and delivery information and basic insurance coverage.

Priority - Canada Post fastest service

Priority (Canada) - Delivery the next day, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage;

Priority (USA) - Delivery by noon of the next business day, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage, signature;

Priority (Worldwide) - Delivery is 2 - 3 days, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage, signature.

Xpresspost - Canada Post fast and cost effective service

Xpresspost (Canada) - Delivery the next day or second day, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage;

Xpresspost (USA) - Delivery in 2 - 3 business days, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage;

Xpresspost (Worldwide) - Delivery in 4 - 6 business days, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage;

Regular Parcel - Canada Post most economical ground service

Regular Parcel (Canada) - Delivery in 2 - 9 days, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage;

Expedited Parcel (USA) - Delivery in 4 - 6 days, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage;

Tracked Packet (Worldwide) - Delivery in 6 - 9 days, delivery guarantee, tracking and delivery confirmation, $100 liability coverage.

FedEx Priority - FedEx fastest services

FedEx Priority is FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-day high-speed air delivery service. The duration of the time in transit is based on distance a package has to travel to reach you. The package is insured and tracked, delivery is guaranteed from when it is picked up and scanned by FedEx, not necessarily when it is shipped. We have a daily FedEx pickup, Monday through Friday by 17:00.

FedEx Economy - FedEx fast and cost effective service

FedEx Economy is FedEx slower-speed air delivery and takes between 3 and 5 days based on the distance a package has to travel to reach you. The package is insured and tracked, delivery is guaranteed from when it is picked up and scanned by FedEx, not necessarily when it is shipped. We have a daily FedEx pickup, Monday through Friday by 17:00.

FedEx Ground - FedEx most economical ground service

FedEx Ground is low cost ground delivery, and is insured and tracked. Delivery time is not guaranteed, but is almost always under 7 days. We have a daily FedEx pickup, Monday through Friday by 17:00.

International Orders

International orders are shipped using Canada Post, or FedEx International. For postal orders, Canada Post handles the packages off to your country's postal service for 'door-to-door' delivery. In case of FedEx, FedEx drivers deliver packages in your country. Thus packages are never leaving FedEx until they are delivered to you.

You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! There is no way for Augustica Technologies Inc (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries FedEx and/or postal system may charge you! There are some services that can estimate the duty/taxes, while they're not 100% accurate they can be helpful (Duty/Tax Calculator). Keep a printout of your email receipt as you may have to send a copy to your customs office or for FedEx. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds to you.

Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values.

Returns

To arrange for a return use the contact form. We can only accept returns of unopened kits and products within 30 days of their receipt by customers in case of domestic Canadian purchases and 30 days from the day of shipment in case of international purchases. Any returns after 30 day periods mentioned above are by way of in store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any package! We're reasonable people and we hope you are too! Contact us if you have any issues and we'll do our best to help you out!
